#XEOMA VS BLUE IRIS PRO#
I have the pro version as well and have been using it for about six months now and have no complaints. There's also a Blue Iris plugin that works pretty well in Vera that makes the Cameras work as motion sensors to trigger other things.Īll in all I think it is a great investment. It is written by Fenderman over at ipcamtalk. Blue Iris is the gold standard but it requires Windows and cost 70 Motioneye Vs Shinobi documentation > configuration > camera Camera configuration Setting up the camera hardware Je ne sais pas comment j'ai fait mon compte mais aprs renvoi de 3 spots noname RGBW et achat d'un kit 4 spots Osram RGBW, j'en serait de moins de 10 de supplment (pour un spot de plus) o Add EXPORTNOSYMBOLS. The app is really pretty good and there's an add on program called Blue Iris Tools that allows for additional settings and will restart the Blue Iris Server if it goes down for whatever reason. If I have something downloading on top of that, I get up there really high so I'm going to have to do some CPU optimization when I add more cams. It is here were the CPU cycles go up to maybe 50%. I don't run the console very often only when I'm changing settings or looking at recordings. Right now BI runs at only about 6%CPU on an i5 Devil's Canyon when the console isn't running. I have it set to delete recordings over 3 days old and it records 24/7 with occasional motion flags set which makes it easier to find something you may want to find later. I have to yet maximize my DVR space (100 gigs right now) but have a 4 TB drive dedicated to this for when I get the remaining 6 cameras in my set up installed.
#XEOMA VS BLUE IRIS ARCHIVE#
The archive pieces are more of a pain but I can work through those. I found it friendlier for her for accessing the cameras than messing with the web interface in xeoma. They are set to run at 30fps in Blue Iris and do great. That really doesnt matter until you get into megapixel+ recording The free version of Xeoma Video Surveillance Software only allows 3 modules If youre already doing that, now then I would use that get rid of non-free in /apt/sources Ispy vs Blue Iris 1 1 Ispy vs Blue Iris 1 1. In talking with the mrs, I'm tempted to go back to blue iris for her and just deal with the VM situation.

They are Monoprice PoE IP cameras with a power injecting 10/100 switch. I've had those same three cameras in a box from Monoprice for six months now but I do have 2 going right now.
